• Payment: Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the website. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) for custom-made or personalized products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Time: Shipping times for standard items vary but are generally dispatched within 5-7 business days. For custom orders, please allow additional time as mentioned during purchase.
• Delivery Delays: Boutique Designer Hub by Rinkie Kukreja is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
